Before you call
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Every blind has its own story. If your question is not covered here, we are just a phone call away.
What types of blinds do you repair?
We repair manual and electric blinds and roller shutters, indoors and outdoors. Tell us what type you have and what has gone wrong. If possible, send a photo on WhatsApp to help us assess the situation.
How much does a repair cost?
The price depends on the fault, the type of blind and any parts needed. Contact us so we can assess your case and explain the quote before proceeding with the work.
How long does the work take?
Replacing a strap is usually simpler than repairing a motor. Once we understand the problem, we can estimate the time needed and arrange a visit, subject to availability.
Can a manual blind be converted to electric?
In many cases, yes. We need to check the condition and dimensions of the blind, the available space and the electrical supply. We can help you decide whether motorisation is suitable.
Which areas do you cover?
We work in Leiria, Marinha Grande, Batalha, Pombal and Ourém. If you are in a nearby town, contact us to check whether we can visit.
How can I check the warranty terms?
The terms depend on the work and the parts used. Ask us when requesting a quote so you know which conditions apply to your repair or installation.
